Jeff Anderson

Jeff is an avid traveler and freelance writer who includes golf as one of his primary goals while traveling.  Jeff has lived in Connecticut all his life but has spent much time in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, considered the golf capital of the world to many, where he has a second home.   Jeff’s passion for golf includes volunteering for multiple PGA tour events in CT, NJ and MA for over 2 decades in his spare time.   He has also volunteered his time and served on the board of Tallwood Country Club Men’s club for many years including being their 40th president back in 2010.  Jeff’s passion for traveling and playing includes many golf trips throughout the U.S. and Overseas to some premier golf courses.   One of Jeff’s favorite sayings is “I have hacked my way around some of the best courses in the world”.  Jeff is a single digit handicapper who is always looking for unique locations and stories to write about in his travels. He has written articles primarily about his experiences while traveling and golfing and the unique people he meets while on those adventures. Jeff has the skill of being able to talk to someone and find out interesting stories about them and their lives due to his easy going nature and innate curiosity.
