2018 Ping G400 MAX Driver Review

2018 Ping G400 Max Driver

Unique Features:

The G400 Max features a larger 460cc clubhead and a different weight configuration. A high-density back-weight and extreme tungsten weighting help bring the center of gravity lower for maximum forgiveness. The Max version also has a deeper profile than the standard G400 driver, adding more confidence at address for the game improvement seeking golfer.  High-density back-weighting and extreme tungsten weighting creates longer, straighter drives. Dragonfly Technology thins the crown and helps lower the center of gravity for more forgiveness. A T9S+ face is incredibly thin and strong for greater flexibility and higher ball speed.

Tester Comments:

A 460cc version of the G400 driver with even higher MOI and more forgiveness … Solid feel that produces a great low-pitched sound at impact, no metallic, tinny sound … Forgiveness is amazing … G400 Max launched slightly higher than the G400
