Timberlin Golf Club in Berlin, Connecticut, has long been regarded as one of the finest municipal golf courses in the state. One of Timberlin’s greatest strengths is its variety. No two holes feel alike, and golfers encounter a balanced mix of long and short par fours, demanding par threes, and reachable yet strategic par fives for big hitters; for us shorter hitters, the third shot should be a wedge. The par-three 12th and 16th holes will grab your attention and are distinctly different, with the 16th requiring a precise shot to an elevated green while the 12th requires a shot over water.
